Can I get delivery information?

For UK customers:

Orders placed before 12PM are dispatched on the same working day
Orders placed after 12PM are dispatched on the next working day
We use a large network of couriers to deliver your goods from The Brands Gallery as we realise how important it is you receive them as you expected. Depending on the size and the weight of the parcel we allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time.

We offer standard delivery, next day guaranteed and local pickup.

Please note, we can not be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to issues such as incorrect address, courier transport issues, weather or any other external circumstances that may affect the delivery time of your parcel.

We are not responsible for any missing or lost parcels. If a parcel is undelivered, you can contact the courier service using the tracking details provided and make a claim directly from the courier service and claim your money back.

Import duty and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside the UK. Custom policies differ from country to country. The Brands Gallery does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of the UK.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, including PayPal.

Does The Brands Gallery Offer Refunds?

Unfortunately, The Brands Gallery does not accept refunds or exchanges unless you receive a fault item.

We encourage you to read the product description and check sizes prior to confirming your order. If you require further information about any item, The Brands Gallery is happy to assist.

You can contact us by sending us an email.

For faulty items, we provide a 24 hour window from when you receive the item to contact us. When doing so, please provide your full name, address and details of the order. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Any items you return must be sent in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return, so it is advised to use a tracking system to ensure the item reaches our office safely.

If for any reason an item is returned to us, postage & packaging charge will be deducted from the refund.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should receive an invoice for your order via email. If you do not see it, please check your junk/spam folder.
